The Class to make you a Fit Mum... fast!
A semi-exclusive class (5 people max), a combinations of different exercises from traditional crunch to punches. The exercises will help you to achieve high fitness level, overall strength and fat loss for a leaner body with high quantity of repetitions using low-med-high weight load.
Shape, Tone and Strengthens your entire body, especially your Arms, Stomach, Bottom, Legs and Back, Core and get the results you are looking for fast! The class is designed for you to burn more calories, fat loss and muscle fatigue to build strength without building bulk. That means a leaner, stronger physique fast.
During your first month we will look into detail at your NUTRITION to make sure you head the right direction, plus I will do a body compostion test with you - Muscle Mass, Fat %, Hydration, BMI, Metabolic Age and more... then, a re-test every 1-4 weeks.
